Chrissy Teigen e John Legend usaram as redes sociais para lamentar a morte do bebê deles após o parto. A modelo havia sido internada na última segunda-feira (28) após sofrer sangramentos. “Agradeço a todos que têm nos enviado energia, pensamentos e orações positivas. Sentimos todo o seu amor e realmente o apreciamos”, escreveu Chrissy na legenda da série de fotos em preto e branco que publicou no Instagram, ainda no hospital.
Ela relata que a família está muito abalada com a perda. “Estamos chocados e com o tipo de dor profunda de que você só ouve falar, o tipo de dor que nunca sentimos antes. Nunca fomos capazes de estancar o sangramento e dar ao nosso bebê os líquidos de que ele precisava, apesar das bolsas e bolsas de transfusões de sangue. Simplesmente não era o suficiente”, disse
Chrissy e John Legend não haviam decidido sobre nomes dos filhos até momentos antes do nascimento, ao saírem para o hospital. “Mas nós, por algum motivo, começamos a chamar esse carinha na minha barriga de Jack. Então, ele sempre será Jack para nós. Jack trabalhou tanto para fazer parte de nossa pequena família, e ele será, para sempre”, disse.
A modelo também escreveu um recado para o filho que morreu. “Para o nosso Jack, lamento que os primeiros momentos de sua vida tenham sido recebidos com tantas complicações, que não poderíamos dar a você a casa de que precisava para sobreviver. Nós sempre amaremos você”.
Chrissy e John afirmam que são gratos pela vida que têm, pelos filhos Luna e Miles, e por todas as outras coisas. Porém, a perda de Jack causa uma tristeza irreparável. “Todos os dias não estão cheios de sol. Neste mais escuro dos dias, vamos chorar, vamos chorar muito. Mas vamos nos abraçar e amar com mais força e superar isso”, concluiu.
A publicação teve mais de quatro milhões de likes e milhares de comentários, inclusive de Kim Kardashian: “Estamos sempre aqui para vocês e amamos muito vocês”.
