O vocalista e baixista Glenn Hughes, ex-integrante da banda Deep Purple, cancelou nove shows que faria no Brasil entre setembro e outubro deste ano. Uma destas apresentações estava agendada para Vitória. Além do Brasil, Hughes faria shows na Argentina e no Uruguai.
Segundo o perfil oficial do músico, a turnê foi cancelada por problemas com um organizador local.
“Devido ao fracasso do promotor sul-americano em cumprir as obrigações contratuais exigidas, Glenn Hughes não fará sua turnê pela América do Sul em setembro e outubro. A gerência de Glenn não obteve sucesso em chegar a alguma solução com o promotor e decidiu, com relutância, que a turnê terá que ser remarcada para 2021 com um novo parceiro na América do Sul”, diz a nota.

A empresa Espaço Patrick RIbeiro, que traria o show para o Estado, informou que os ingressos comprados de forma antecipada poderão ser devolvidos nos mesmos pontos onde foram adquiridos. Esta seria a segunda passagem do cantor pelo Espírito Santo.
