Bruno, da dupla com Marrone, publica foto ao lado de suposto foragido da Justiça

O cantor sertanejo Bruno, 51, da dupla com Marrone, 56, publicou uma foto ao lado de Danilo Santana, considerado um foragido pela Justiça brasileira, em seu Instagram. “A palavra tem poder, dá uma olhada na minha última postagem! Obrigado por tudo”, escreveu no registro divulgado no último domingo (18).

Danilo Santana é também conhecido como Dubaiano. Ele foi líder da D9 Clube de Empreendedores, um golpe em esquema de pirâmide financeira com bitcoin, que prometeu lucros de mais de 30% ao mês mas lesou os clientes em R$ 200 milhões.

A voz principal da dupla compartilhou duas fotos em Dubai, nos Emirados Árabes, onde o foragido atualmente se encontra. No segundo registro, que tem várias pessoas, entre elas Dubaiano. “O resto é inveja”, escreveu o artista, cujo nome verdadeiro é Vinicius Félix de Miranda, na legenda.

Procurada, a assessoria do cantor não se pronunciou sobre o encontro. Atualmente, Dubaiano leva uma vida de luxo ao lado de sua esposa, Kelliane Santana e, apesar das acusações, ele ainda se apresenta como trader e possui mais de 300 mil seguidores no Instagram.

A Justiça brasileira o acusa de estelionato, lavagem de dinheiro e associação criminosa, além de ter mandados de prisão em seu nome. O Superior Tribunal de Justiça aponta tanto Santana quanto sua esposa como foragidos.

Recentemente, ele está investindo em sua carreira musical. Com o nome artístico de Danilo Dubaiano, o foragido lançou músicas como “Estelionato de Amor” (2020) e “Desgraça” (2021), faixas que compõem o seu DVD ao vivo “Sofrência in Dubai”.

No entanto, Bruno não é o primeiro cantor que Dubaiano recebeu em sua casa. A artista Naiara Azevedo, 31, fez uma participação na faixa “Cê Mal Me Quer Bem Estou” (2020) do empresário. No mesmo ano da parceria com Azevedo, o STJ negou um habeas corpus a Santana e a esposa.

O golpe aplicado também ocasionou muitas mortes. Após Dubaiano fugir do Brasil, uma série de líderes da D9 Trader foram assassinados, supostamente por investidores que caíram na fraude. A pirâmide financeira funcionava no Vale dos Sinos, uma região do Rio Grande do Sul.

Em nota, o MP-RS (Ministério Público do Rio Grande do Sul) informou que mantém o pedido de extradição contra Danilo Santana e lembrou que o empresário pode ser preso assim que voltar ao país. “O processo contra ele está na fase de instrução, ou seja, quando as testemunhas são intimadas a prestar esclarecimentos”, disse a nota do MP.
